Out of darkness springs the light of hope
and promise through the Resurrection of Christ Jesus.
Throughout
the world Christians gathered this Easter to celebrate the the Resurrection
of Christ Jesus. Although much of the news we hear today speaks of the
darkness of war, suffering, and sorrow, we as Christians know that the
Light of the Christ shines brightly through the darkest of times. The
theme of light destroying darkness played out in the sunrise service here
at Mount Michael in a beautiful celebration of Easter hope. Rejoice! Alleluia!
